The Prefectorial Board of SMK Seri Saujana is split into 7 departments: Secretarial, Financial , Assembly Affairs , Canteen, Buildings, Registration, Audio-Visual and Merit-Demerit System. Prefects are nominated by the senior prefects and teachers, and after several rounds of interviews, successful candidates are voted into the Prefectorial board by the teachers population.
The Prefectorial Board of SMK Seri Saujana prides itself in being the pinnacle of leadership in the student body. Our prefects are expected to be role models. We enforce discipline, assist in organizing school functions and liaise between the student body and the school's administration. We serve and lead with pride and professionalism. With the constant support and guidance from teachers and our fellow Saujanians, we aspire to be an all-rounded leaders.

MISSION

1. To raise, and subsequently maintain, the standards of both internal and external discipline.
2. To sustain bridging, through increased communication and understanding, with the school population and administration.
3. To extend opportunities for collaboration and establish mutual understanding with other student body.
